Paris-FIAC- Pompoidou-

My dear friend Kristen and I went to Paris for the international art fair FIAC. It was held in two locations outside of the Louvre & at the Grand Palais.

During that weekend we went to both fair locations checking out whats new in the art world & to mingle with some of the newcomers to the fair. We had an amazing time at the fair but was fairly critical at some of the things that were deemed "innovative" "creative" or "art" for that matter. Needless to say, the box of Fruit Loops did not make the cut. However, with strong work coming out of contemporary Indian artists & Chinese artists we found some seriously inspiring work.

A highlight of mine was our trip to the Pompidou. Although I am a huge fan of the MOMA & a recent fan of TATE Modern the Pompidou is currently my favorite art museum. The architecture, atmosphere & OF COURSE art was absolutely amazing and reminded me why I LOVE what I am doing. (Everyone needs to be reminded from time to time) Some highlights were the retrospective on
